Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Saba Bags. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a wonderful shopping experience with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Period

You have 7 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or an exchange.

Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective plastic sheets (if applicable) intact.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

⚠️ Note: Products showing signs of wear, usage, or alteration will not be accepted for returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items bought on clearance or flash sales are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the package with clear photos and a short video showing the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item at our fulfillment facility, our team will inspect it.

We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method or via bank transfer/wallet (for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5 to 7 working days.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return safely reaches our warehouse.
