1. Delivery Timeframe

We offer fast nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Once your order is confirmed, your package will reach your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days.

Please note: Deliveries might take slightly longer during public holidays, mega sales events, or due to unforeseen weather conditions.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges apply nationwide and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Order Processing & Confirmation

All orders placed on our website are processed within 24 hours.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp, Phone Call, or SMS to verify your details before dispatching the order. Unverified orders will not be shipped.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to monitor your shipment's real-time journey.

5. Damaged/Incomplete Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If the parcel looks severely damaged or tampered with from the outside, please do not accept it and report it to us immediately.

If you find any internal damage or an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours via email or WhatsApp with proof (photos/videos).
